It has been confirmed that the second part of the One-Punch Man TV anime’s third season will broadcast in 2027. A new teaser visual and a special trailer have been released to accompany the announcement.

While the previous Season 3 teaser visual depicted Saitama and Garou standing back-to-back, the newly released imagery shows them finally facing one another. Does this signal that their all-out collision is imminent?

The first part of the season concluded with the resolution of the battle between Saitama and Monster King Orochi, leaving viewers anxious about the future of the war. Part 2 foreshadows the long-awaited clash between Saitama and Garou.

The series is based on the manga by ONE and Yusuke Murata. The production features series composition by Tomohiro Suzuki, character designs by Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, and Ryosuke Shirakawa, and music by Makoto Miyazaki. Animation production is handled by J.C.STAFF.

Synopsis

Saitama is a man who began being a hero as a hobby. After three years of intense special training, he obtained invincible power, allowing him to defeat any enemy with a single punch. Together with Genos, a cyborg who became his disciple through a twist of fate, Saitama joined the Hero Association—an organization for professional heroes—and engages in daily hero activities.

One day, an organization calling itself the “Monster Association” suddenly appears and kidnaps the child of a Hero Association executive. The S-Class heroes assemble to formulate a raid on the Monster Association’s hideout to rescue the hostage. Meanwhile, Garou—the “Human Monster” abducted by the Monster Association during a battle with the heroes—awakens within their hideout.

The cast features Makoto Furukawa as Saitama, Hikaru Midorikawa as Garou, and Daisuke Namikawa as Dr. Genus.
