A teaser promotional video has been released for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Victoria of Many Faces, which is scheduled to begin broadcasting on the TV Tokyo network this July.
About the TV Anime Victoria of Many Faces
The original story was penned by Syuu, featuring original character designs by Nanna Fujimi and Komo Ushino, with Frontier Works credited for the original planning. Nobukage Kimura directs the series at Studio Deen. Naohiro Fukushima handles the series composition, and Mina Osawa provides the anime character designs.
Chloe, a highly skilled operative who defected from her shadowy organization, takes her first steps toward a new life under the alias “Victoria.” Upon arriving in the Ashbury Kingdom, she crosses paths with Nonna, a young girl abandoned by her mother, and Jeffrey, the earnest captain of the local knight order. After Victoria decides to take Nonna in, Jeffrey steps forward to act as Victoria’s official guarantor. Brought together by chance, these three individuals—each carrying the scars of a painful past—gradually become an irreplaceable family to one another. But where will Victoria ultimately find the “happiness” she has always dreamed of?
The main cast features Chika Anzai as Victoria Sellers, Shion Wakayama as Nonna, and Yohei Azakami as Jeffrey Asher.
