Put in charge by the department head of both organizing a team drinking party and choosing a wedding gift, Yū Kamekawa finds himself under pressure. Wanting to support him despite her struggles with social situations, Azusa Kanawa throws herself into helping—but her efforts keep missing the mark. Watching her, Kamekawa gradually comes to understand that beneath Kanawa’s strict exterior lies a genuinely kind side.

In the office, Azusa Kanawa is known as “such a beauty, but strict and scary—intimidating.” Not great with people, she’s assigned to mentor this year’s new hire, Yū Kamekawa. Determined to do right by him, she puts on her best “trainer” face—but she just can’t be honest about how she feels. Even so, there are things she wants to say, and feelings she wants to convey.
