The new opening theme sequence for Dr. Stone: New World has been published in anticipation of the show’s launch this month, marking yet another popular franchise’s return to screens with new episodes as part of the wave of Fall 2023 anime releases.
In the third season of Dr. Stone, Senku and the Kingdom of Science set sail in search of the spaceship in which Senku’s father had crashed millennia earlier. This is the Treasure Island arc from Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi’s original Dr. Stone manga series. However, it has also brought along certain difficulties they hadn’t anticipated.
The island culture Senku and the others have encountered appears to have weaponized the petrification beam, presenting him and the others with a mystery new threat in the first half of Dr. Stone Season 3.
Dr. Stone New World will return this Fall, but the opening sequence for the next episode, named “Haruka” (played by Ryujin Kiyoshi), has already been revealed, giving viewers a taste of the cerebral fights to come. Read on to find out more.
How to Watch Dr. Stone Season 3 Part 2?
Part 2 of the New World arc of Dr. Stone Season 3 premieres in Japan on October 12 and will be available to stream on Crunchyroll shortly afterward. The first three seasons of the TV show are presently streaming through Crunchyroll (along with the Dr. Stone: Ryusui special that connects Seasons 2 and 3). The first part of Dr. Stone’s Brave New World is teased as follows:
“With the Stone Wars over, the former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Might join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across open ocean to seek answers on the mystery of the global petrification. However, before they can begin their voyage Senku and his friends need to find some key resources and push some new scientific advancements to build the type of vessel they need.”
