After its premiere on TBS in Japan on October 8, 2023, fans have been marking their calendars for the second episode of season one of Four Knights of the Apocalypse ever since. For fans of the manga and the original series, the continuation of the popular shounen manga and anime The Seven Deadly Sins has been eagerly anticipated.
The story follows Percival, a little boy who lives with his grandfather in the remote town of God’s Finger. His grandfather is murdered by a mysterious knight named Ironside, who also tells that Percival is one of four knights who are prophesied to usher in the end of the world. Recap of Season 1
Percival and his grandpa have a simple but fulfilling life in the first episode’s setting of God’s Finger. Ironside, a Camelot knight sent to assassinate Percival’s grandpa, also tried to kill Percival before the episode ended.
But because of his grandfather’s last words and the unknown energy that awoke in him, Percival was able to survive. At the end of the episode, Percival departed God’s Finger to seek out Ironside and wreak revenge.
What to Expect From Four Knights of the Apocalypse Episode 2?
New alliances and fights may emerge in the second episode of Season 1 of Four Knights of the Apocalypse. Lancelot, one of the four apocalyptic knights and the son of Ban and Elaine, will most certainly cross paths with Percival. On the other hand, he may encounter competing organizations or enemies from Camelot who are actively searching for him.
Fans may get to see Percival’s development in terms of his power and role as one of the four knights. He could also get insight into the end-of-the-world prophecy and how it applies to his own life. There is little doubt that Percival will face more trials and tribulations along the way. As he struggles to accept his fate, he will have to do battle with deadly opponents.
