Girls Band Cry Feature Film Announced with Teaser Visual Highlighting Nina Iseri

A completely new feature-length film for the TV anime Girls Band Cry has been greenlit. Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual was unveiled.

An anime character stands confidently holding an electric guitar, dressed in a blue school uniform with a large bow, white boots, and shorts. The background is a vivid red with bold white Japanese text and the title "GIRLS BAND CRY" at the bottom. A guitar amplifier sits in the corner.

About the teaser visual
Designed to echo the artwork first shown when the anime project was announced, the new teaser captures the series lead, Nina Iseri (井芹仁菜), with a fierce, resolute expression. Further details on the movie—including release window—will be revealed in future updates.

Five young women stand together in a softly lit room, each wearing stylish, contemporary outfits with layered textures and patterns. The group poses casually near a window, with the "interfm Sound of TOKYO" logo in the upper right corner and dynamic Japanese text graphics in the lower left.

All of the above announcements were made during today’s arena show, “Togenashi Togeari LIVE in Nippon Budokan ‘Sōgeki no Sakebi’,” held at Tokyo’s Nippon Budokan.
