Considering the stunning return of a figure viewers thought they’d seen the last of in the last episode, episode 12 of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is sure to keep the Shibuya Incident in high gear. Despite this, the Shibuya Incident has so many moving pieces that episode #12 may switch gears and focus on a different set of individuals.

Ino is in awful health when Yuji and Megumi observe her fall off a building in Episode 12 of Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen. His face is mangled and he seems to be in serious shape. They’re concerned for his safety, but they need to focus on getting Gojo unsealed first.
As a result, the two part ways: Megumi takes Ino to safety, and Yuji heads for the station now that the curtain is gone. However, he quickly comes to and regains control of his body.
He ignores Granny Ogami’s commands and later explains that he conquered her grandson’s soul. Toji promptly dispatches the ancient curse user, and he is now free to roam Shibuya. The lack of interaction between Yuji and Mechamaru’s puppet has been bothersome to both of them.
Mei Mei is engaged in combat with Niji Ebina, the other curse user. After breaking up with Maki and Naobito Zenin, Nobara Kugisaki and Akari Nitta run into Haruta. Seeing his buddy Kiyotaka Ijichi in such a precarious position makes Nanami angry because it reminds him of his failure to safeguard Yu Haibara.
Despite Nobara’s might, Haruta has little chance against a noncombatant like Akari. The situation for the two girls appears hopeless until Nanami arrives, prepared to deal with the curse user who stabbed Ichiji.
Haruto’s attacks on Nanami’s tough physique do no damage, and she easily defeats him. Nanami attempts to learn more but is unsuccessful. When Nanami suggests leaving Shibuya, Nobara says no since their mutual acquaintances are in mortal danger.
And then there’s Kenjaku, who meets Mei Mei and quickly dispatches her. Meanwhile, Yuji runs across Choso, who is curious about what his brothers Eso and Kechizu said before they died. Episode 12 of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is expected to finish on a cliffhanger, setting up the highly anticipated beginning of Yuji vs. Choso in Episode 13.
