New character visuals of Gen Narumi, Kikoru Shinomiya, and Soshiro Hoshina in their dedicated combat suits unveiled from TV anime “Kaiju No. 8” episode 22!
Following the broadcast of episode 22, “Cluster Disaster,” of the TV anime “Kaiju No. 8” today, new key visuals have been released featuring Gen Narumi, Kikoru Shinomiya, and Soshiro Hoshina wearing their specialized suits.
Narumi takes command of Numbers 1. Kikoru pilots Numbers 4, the unit once wielded by her mother, Hikari. Hoshina equips Numbers 10—an advanced, highly intelligent entity that has been weaponized for the first time while its consciousness remains intact. Can these elite “Numbers” wielders turn the tide in this critical moment?
In addition, from composer Yuta Bandoh’s original soundtrack—now rolling out across four episode-grouped volumes—the track list for Vol. 2 has been revealed.
Vol. 2 collects music from episodes 16–18 and will be available on September 21. Vol. 3 (Ep. 19–20) and Vol. 4 (Ep. 21–23) are slated for release on September 28. Enjoy Bandoh’s score alongside the latest developments in the anime.
