Luck, an S-rank mage in the Hero’s party, was engaged in a fierce battle against the Demon King within a dimensional rift alongside the Hero, Eric, and the Warrior, Goran. To prevent the annihilation of his party, Luck resolved to fight the enemy alone, shouting, “Leave this to me and go ahead!”

After enduring an unimaginably solitary battle, Luck finally defeated the Demon King. However, by the time he returned to his original world, ten years had passed. Luck had become a legend, revered as the Great Hero who sacrificed himself to save the world. Physically rejuvenated by the effects of the battle, Luck conceals his true identity and begins a new life as “Lock,” an F-rank adventurer, alongside his former comrades and new allies.

The anime is directed by Hiroyuki Kanbe, with series composition by Mitsutaka Hirota and character designs by Majiro. Animation production is handled by Gekkō.
