Just announced at Crunchyroll’s industry event at Anime NYC, the English cast for the upcoming Solo Leveling anime adaptation was finally confirmed! The whole cast list is down below.
Solo Leveling Anime English Dub Cast
- Aleks Le will portray Sung Jinwoo, the primary dual-wielding, shadow-summoning, solo-leveling person.
- Justin Briner will portray the dependable affluent sidekick Yoo Jinho.
- Rebecca Wang will portray Sung Jinah, the diligent sister.
- Michelle Rojas will portray the beautiful yet lethal S-rank hunter Cha Hae-in.
- Spectacled, flame-wielding badass Ian Sinclair will portray Choi Jong-in.
- The beast mode, complete with bad sideburns Christopher R. Sabat will portray the role of Baek Yoonho.
- Kent Williams will play Go Gunhee, the sage and powerful leader of the Korean Hunter Association.
- Woo Jinchul, head inspector for the Korean Hunters Association, will be portrayed by SungWon Cho.
- Dani Chambers will portray Sung Jinwoo’s companion and fellow hunter Lee Joohee.
- Caitlin Glass will be in charge of the English dub’s ADR.
Based on the Tappytoon digital comic series of the same name by DUBU (REDICE Studio), Chugong, and h-goon, the Solo Leveling anime adaptation at A-1 Pictures is directed by Shunsuke Nakashige. The script was written by Noboru Kimura, while animation character designs were done by Tomoko Sudo and Hirotaka Tokuda. In January of 2024, Crunchyroll will begin streaming the anime series.
On January 21, 2024, the eighth volume of Solo Leveling by Yen Press will be released in English. Yen Press gives a synopsis of the books:
