A teaser visual and a special announcement video have been released to confirm the production of the second season of the TV anime *Tune In to the Midnight Heart*.
The new visual depicts the heroines of the Furin High School Broadcasting Club running along the beach toward a radiant sunset.

Based on the original work by Masakuni Igarashi, the anime is directed by Masayuki Takahashi and animated by studio Gekkou. Yukie Sugawara handles the series composition, and Tomoyuki Shitaya provides the character designs.
Alone in his bed in the dead of night, her voice was his only salvation. Arisu Yamabuki, the heir to a corporate conglomerate who strives for absolute perfection, is searching for the missing “one percent” he needs to achieve a flawless hundred percent. That missing piece is Apollo, the host of the radio program *Tune In to the Midnight Heart*, which he listened to every single night. However, at the end of his first year of middle school, she abruptly stopped broadcasting without a word.
Fast forward to the spring of his second year of high school. Pulling a few strings, Arisu enrolls at Furin High School, an institution that has recently transitioned from an all-girls academy to a coeducational one. Unaware of Apollo’s face or real name, his only clue is her voice. One day, drawn in by a familiar tone, Arisu dashes into the Broadcasting Club room. There, he discovers four girls who dream of voice-centric careers: Rikka Inoha, who aspires to be a singer; Nene Himekawa, who wants to be a voice actress; Iko Kirino, an active VTuber; and Shinobu Uzuki, who aims to be an announcer.
The twist is that he finds traces of Apollo in every single one of them! To fulfill a past promise he made to Apollo, Arisu vows to help all four girls make their voice-related dreams come true. Thus begins a story centered around voices and a cast of earnestly driven girls chasing their ambitions.
The voice cast features Rikuya Yasuda as Arisu Yamabuki, Momoko Seto as Rikka Inoha, Rumi Okubo as Nene Himekawa, Sayumi Suzushiro as Iko Kirino, Miku Ito as Shinobu Uzuki, and Kana Hanazawa as Remon Ando.
